After seven years of sending out applications and hearing nothing back, my twin sister Laura and I decided to take a leap—we moved to Israel.

Suddenly, everything changed. Job offers started pouring in, and we landed a data analysis role at Green Kfar Sava. For two years and a half, Laura and I, we worked remotely, listening to Jack Johnson, helping people connect with great opportunities, and learning how valuable time truly is.

Then remote work started booming—and that’s when we realized how powerful it really is. We also noticed that the job application process needed to be faster and more human, make it more personal like dating.

That’s when the idea hit us: “The Everywhere App”. Powered by smart AI algorithms, it instantly connects the most amazing profiles with the most amazing companies—all from everywhere in the world, and just one swipe away. 💫

Israel gave us so much more than a career — it gave us pure love and happiness. A place full of light, warmth, and endless energy, where we found the peace and purpose we’d been searching for.

Because we want to share with the world what Israel offered us — freedom, love, and happiness. Everywhere — work from anywhere, grow everywhere. 🌎

The Team

Laura Bohm Villegas

Laura Bohm Villegas is the Owner and Chief Design Officer of Everywhere Beehive LLC. She is an Industrial Designer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a two-time recipient of the PAD Award (2010 and 2014) for the best design projects at the university. Laura is also a photographer trained at La Bloom Academy and has expanded her professional skills through courses in Digital Marketing and Content Creation. In addition to her work in design and photography, she has directed several art galleries and art initiatives, bringing together design, visual storytelling, and cultural management to support and promote artistic communities.

Having lived and worked in Israel, Laura gained extensive experience in the High-Tech and HR Tech and IT sectors. Through her work, she has been involved in global employment processes, helping connect people with job opportunities around the world, including support with international hiring processes and visas.

Laura’s creative vision is shaped by iconic figures across photography and art. She is inspired by the intimacy of Diane Arbus, the bold imagery of David LaChapelle, and the elegance of Irving Penn and Richard Avedon. Influences like Mario Testino and Annie Leibovitz bring a sense of storytelling and refined visual style.

Her perspective is further enriched by Marina Abramović’s intensity and the artistic legacy of Magritte, Picasso, Dalí, Matisse, Van Gogh, Warhol, and Basquiat—artists who embody experimentation, emotion, and innovation.

Andrea Bohm Villegas

Andrea Bohm Villegas is the Owner and CEO of Everywhere Beehive LLC. She completed her undergraduate studies in Government, Finances, and International Relations at Universidad Externado de Colombia, and holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from Complutense University of Madrid. She has extensive experience in the High Tech, HR Tech, and IT sectors, standing out for her leadership in training, lectures, and organizational development processes.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with and gained experience in companies such as eToro, PayPal, CLF, and Summit Mountain Cleaning, contributing to innovation, business growth, and team development across international environments.

And the name?

It came while we were listening to Alex Boniello’s song “Everywhere.” That’s when it all clicked—Everywhere isn’t just a name, 🌎💫 It´s “I want to be with you Everywhere, I want to be with you Everywhere”
